Among the more than 300 radio and television channels currently in operation, the People's Public Security Television (THCAND) is a relatively young channel, having officially started broadcasting on December 11, 2011. One of THCAND's long-term strategic directions is to build a specialized television channel focusing on security and public order issues. Recognizing this, from the very beginning, THCAND has quickly leveraged its unique characteristics and advantages to produce specialized programs with its own distinct identity.
In particular, the production of the "Investigation Through Viewer Letters" program has always been a priority for the THCAND channel's leadership, from content development and human resource preparation to production organization. Therefore, the "Investigation Through Viewer Letters" program consistently maintains its orientation, aligns with the channel's principles and objectives, and ensures confidentiality within the industry without sensationalism or clickbait. Although newly established, ANTV has attracted a large audience. It not only provides information on security and social order but also conveys the concerns of the public regarding societal issues, thus becoming a bridge between television and the public.
