In the current system of more than 300 radio and television channels, People's Public Security Television (THCAND) is a relatively young television channel, having only officially started broadcasting since December 11, 2011. One of the strategic, long-term orientations of THCAND is to build a television channel specializing in security and order issues. Recognizing this issue, from the very beginning, THCAND has quickly promoted its own characteristics and advantages into strengths to organize the production of specialized programs with its own identity.

In particular, the organization and production of the program "Investigation through audience letters" has always been directed by the leadership of THCAND channel from the stage of building information content, preparing, training human resources, and organizing the production process of the programs, so the programs "Investigation through audience letters" always ensure orientation, closely linked to the principles and purposes of the channel, ensuring the secrets of the industry but not sensational, attracting viewers.
