10. Summary of thesis results:

Researching social responsibility at hotels in Nha Trang in general and social responsibility at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel is a very practical issue, suitable for the current practical situation. Basically, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:

Firstly, a theoretical overview of corporate social responsibility in general and of hotel businesses in particular, along with some lessons learned in the process of implementing corporate social responsibility of hotels around the world and in Vietnam.

Second, the thesis analyzed and evaluated the current status of social responsibility implementation of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel with specific aspects including social responsibility in internal management, social responsibility to partners, social responsibility to customers, social responsibility to the environment and social responsibility to the community. From there, the thesis gave assessments of the advantages and limitations in implementing social responsibility of the two above-mentioned hotel businesses.

Third, the thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to enhance the implementation of social responsibility of these hotels in particular and of hotels in Nha Trang in general, contributing to promoting the effectiveness of social responsibility implementation at hotels in Nha Trang in the coming time.

11. Practical application:

From the results of practical research on implementing social responsibility at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel, the thesis points out the limitations in implementing social responsibility at hotel businesses in Nha Trang to improve this activity, contributing to the development of sustainable tourism in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.

The thesis is a necessary reference document not only for tourism management agencies and hotel businesses but also a monograph for teaching, learning and scientific research in the field of tourism - hotel at training institutions in our country.

Basically, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:

Firstly, found out the theoretical overview of corporate social responsibility in general and of hotel enterprises in particular as well as some lessons learned in the process of implementing social responsibility of hotels in the world and in Vietnam.

Secondly, analyzed and evaluated the current status of social responsibility implementation of Sheraton Nha Trang hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang hotel with specific aspects including social responsibility in internal management, social responsibility to partners, social responsibility to customers, social responsibility to the environment, and social responsibility to the community. Since then, the thesis made specific assessments on the advantages and limitations in implementing the social responsibility of the two hotels mentioned above.

Thirdly, the thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to enhance the implementation of social responsibility of these hotels in particular and of hotels in Nha Trang in general, contributes to promote the efficiency of implementing social responsibility at hotels in Nha Trang in the near future.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

From the results of practical research on corporate social responsibility at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel, the thesis points out the limitations in the implementation of social responsibility in hotel businesses in Nha Trang to improve this, contribute to sustainable tourism development in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.

The thesis is a necessary reference not only for tourism management authorities, hotel enterprises but also a monograph for tourism-hotel teaching, learning and scientific research in our educational school.

Continuing to research on corporate social responsibility at various tourist accommodation facilities in Khanh Hoa.
