10. Summary of the thesis results:

Essentially, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:

Firstly, the thesis focused on researching concepts and issues related to cuisine and street food, such as: cuisine, street food, characteristics of street food, the role of street food in tourism business, conditions for developing street food (culinary culture, tourism destination brand, tourism environment, accommodation system, tourists' demand for street food). It also examined lessons learned from exploiting street food to develop tourism in major cities of Vietnam and some countries around the world.

Secondly, the thesis conducted a preliminary analysis of tourist satisfaction with street food tourism products in Nha Trang's tourism development, based on a survey of 300 domestic and international tourists. In addition, the thesis assessed the availability of food services at 40 popular street food stalls in the city, particularly in central areas.

Thirdly, the study analyzed the key limitations in the current exploitation of street food. Based on this, it proposed solutions to further enhance the value of street food to serve tourism development in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa). These recommendations can somewhat improve the management of street food businesses in Nha Trang and serve as a reference for relevant authorities in formulating appropriate policies and strategies to promote the effective exploitation of street food and thereby increase the competitiveness of Nha Trang tourism.

11. Practical applications:

Based on the survey results and tourist evaluations of Nha Trang's street food tourism products, this thesis contributes to identifying shortcomings in the organization, management, and exploitation of Nha Trang's street food activities. From this, it offers recommendations to enhance the attractiveness of Nha Trang's street food, contributing to the overall development of Nha Trang tourism (Khanh Hoa).

This thesis serves as a reference document for tourism management agencies and for teaching purposes in tourism training institutions.

Experience lessons on exploiting street cuisine have been drawn to develop tourism in big cities of Vietnam and some countries in the world.

Secondly, the thesis has briefly analyzed the satisfaction of tourists about the street cuisine tourism products in tourism development in Nha Trang from the survey of 300 domestic and international tourists. In addition, the thesis has also evaluated the ability to provide catering services at 40 famous street eateries of the city, especially in the central areas.

Thirdly, the central limitations of current street cuisine exploitation have been analyzed. Since then, solutions have been proposed to further promote the values ​​of street cuisine to serve tourism development in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa). These recommendations may partly complete the management of street cuisine business in Nha Trang and they are also a consultation for the authorities in giving appropriate orientations and policies for promoting the effective exploitation of street cuisine and thereby increasing the competitiveness of Nha Trang tourism.

11. Practical applicability

From the results of the survey carried on tourists on products of Nha Trang street cuisine, the thesis contributes to raising problems in organizing and exploiting activities of Nha Trang street cuisine. Then, the thesis makes recommendations to increase the attractiveness of Nha Trang street cuisine, contributing to the overall development of tourism in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa).

The thesis can serve as a reference for tourism management agencies and for teaching work at tourism-based training institutes.
