During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

The firstAn overview of the historical development, organizational structure, and document groups formed during the operation of the civil enforcement agency system;

Monday, research and determine the value, and set specific retention periods for groups of documents generated in the operation of the civil enforcement agency system;

TuesdaySystematize and develop a Table of Retention Periods for Records and Documents in the Civil Enforcement Sector.

The table of retention periods for civil enforcement records and documents that we have developed through this thesis serves as a reference for practical application, contributing to improving the quality of document valuation in particular and archiving in general throughout the entire sector.

During implementation, our thesis has achieved the following results:

Firstly, general information about the historical development, organizational structure, documents that is produced during the operation of civil judgment enforcement system.

Secondly, research, evaluate and determine the preservation period for documents that is produced during the operation of civil judgment enforcement system.

Finally, systematize and build the preservation period table for records and documents of civil judgment enforcement sector.

12. Practical applicability:

The thesis results gained will be one of reference resources to apply in practice to improve the quality and effectiveness of determining the value of documents particularly and archiving of the whole sector generally.
