- The thesis has systematized the basic theoretical issues on press propaganda information, especially establishing and clarifying the theoretical basis on the issue of restructuring state-owned enterprises in print media.

- By researching and scientifically evaluating the current status of information on state-owned enterprise restructuring in the press, through surveying the content and information methods of 04 newspapers: Investment, Tuoi Tre, Saigon Economic Times, and Business Finance Magazine, the thesis has pointed out the advantages and limitations in information on state-owned enterprise restructuring in the past time. From there, it proposes a number of solutions and makes recommendations to the authorities to improve the quality of information activities on state-owned enterprise restructuring in the coming time.

11. Practical application:

The thesis is a reference document for ministries, branches, localities, and state-owned enterprises nationwide in using the press to propagate, support, and promote the restructuring of state-owned enterprises as well as other related activities.
