From the preferential policies of our Party and State for people with revolutionary contributions, from the limitations in implementing preferential policies for war invalids and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city, the author chooses“Social incentives for war invalids and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city"The research aims to clarify the theory and propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing preferential policies for war invalids and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district.

The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. In chapter 1, the author clarifies the general theory of preferential policies. Provides a conceptual toolkit as a basis for the following research content;

Chapter 2 focuses on clarifying the current status of implementing preferential policies for war invalids and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city. The current issues are analyzed by the author through data, collected information, and interviews;

Considering the preferential of the State and Party for people who had contributed to the Vietnam Revolution and some disadvantages in its implementation for the wounded and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city, the write decided to choose the topic “Social preferential for the wounded and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi City” this time. Included in this essay, there will be some reasons and solutions to improve the current situations in implementing the favorable policies to the wounded and sick soldiers in Thanh Tri district.
