Summary of the results of the thesis: - The thesis analyzes the picture of awareness and implementation of children's participation rights of people in Phu Xuyen district. The study focuses on the contents of the right to participate, which are the right to express opinions and listen, the right to seek information and express opinions, and the right to privacy - Regarding awareness. The survey results show that, in general, children are highly aware of children's participation rights, but not deeply and not yet in agreement. The reason for this is that children are still shy, passive, and lack confidence, because the family environment, school, and mass organizations do not have many activities for them to participate and express their opinions. In the group of grandparents and parents, due to their occupations, the influence of customs and practices, and the weak performance of mass organizations, they are not yet aware of children's participation rights. The group of officials working professionally on children also has very limited awareness - Regarding implementation: children in families of Phu Xuyen district are increasingly more democratic in the process of exchanging and giving opinions to grandparents and parents. - In addition, the study also pointed out a number of factors affecting the awareness of grandparents and parents: community factors, law, family characteristics, media, and at the same time, provided trends in implementing the right to participate in the coming time. 11.
