Summary of thesis results: - The thesis analyzes the picture of awareness and implementation of children's right to participation among people in Phu Xuyen district. The research focuses on the contents of the right to participation, namely the right to express opinions and be listened to, the right to seek information and express opinions, and the right to privacy. - Regarding awareness: The survey results show that, in general, children have a high level of awareness of children's right to participation, but it is not yet deep or consistent. This is because they are still hesitant, passive, and lack confidence, due to the lack of activities in the family, school, and social organizations that allow them to participate and express their own opinions. In the group of grandparents and parents, due to occupation, the influence of customs and traditions, and the weak activities of social organizations, they have not yet recognized children's right to participation. The group of officials working with children also had very limited awareness - Regarding implementation: children in families in Phu Xuyen district are becoming more democratic in the process of exchanging and expressing opinions with their grandparents and parents. - In addition, the study also points out several factors affecting the awareness of grandparents and parents: community factors, law, family characteristics, media, and also suggests trends in the exercise of the right to participation in the future. 11.
