- Systematize and develop some theoretical bases on hotel human resource development; human resource development experience of some typical hotels at home and abroad; lessons learned for hotels to study.
- Analyze the current status of human resource development at the two hotels Banyan Tree Lang Co and Angsana Lang Co in the past through 4 contents: quantity and structure of human resources; recruitment of human resources; training and development of human resources; creating motivation to promote workers. Sociological investigation method was used to survey employee opinions and interview some hotel managers. Thereby, we can see the advantages, limitations, their causes and the issues raised.
- Propose solutions to develop hotel human resources in line with the company's development orientation in the coming time.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis will contribute to improving human resource development activities in enterprises, especially tourism and hotel enterprises. This result will partly help Laguna Vietnam Co., Ltd. have a direction in establishing and implementing human resource development plans in the coming time.
