10. Summary of the thesis results:
- Systematizing and developing some theoretical foundations on hotel human resource development; human resource development experiences of some typical hotels in Vietnam and abroad; lessons learned for the hotels under study.
- This study analyzes the current state of human resource development at Banyan Tree Lang Co and Angsana Lang Co hotels over the past period through four aspects: the quantity and structure of human resources; human resource recruitment; human resource training and development; and motivating employees. Sociological research methods were used to survey employee opinions and interview several hotel managers. Through this, the strengths, weaknesses, their causes, and the issues that need to be addressed were identified.
- Propose solutions for developing hotel human resources that align with the company's future development direction.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis will contribute to improving human resource development activities in businesses, especially tourism and hotel businesses. These results will partly help Laguna Vietnam Co., Ltd. to develop and implement its human resource development plan in the future.
12. Future research directions:
Develop a human resource development strategy for the entire Laguna Lăng Cô resort complex.

- To systematize and develop some theoretical background on human resource development in the hotel industry; Experiences on human resource development of some typical domestic and overseas hotels; Lessons for the case of hotels.
- To analyze the current situation of human resource development in the case of 2 hotels Banyan Tree Lang Co and Angsana Lang Co in the past time through 4 contents: quantity and structure of human resources; human resource recruitment; human resources training and development; motivation for employees. The social survey method was used to survey the employees' opinions and interview some hotel managers. As a result, find out the advantages, limitations, reasons and issues.
- To suggest solutions for human resource development of hotels in accordance with development orientation of the company in the coming time.
