Topic"Pedagogical communication skills of teacher training students at Dong Nai University"This study investigates the level of implementation of student-teacher training skills among student teachers at Dong Nai University. Based on the results of practical research, the following conclusions have been drawn:

In general, the pedagogical communication orientation of the student teachers has been implemented at a high level. However, there are still some areas where the student teachers have implemented the content at an average level, and its application in practice has not achieved high effectiveness.

The skills acquired in some areas of student teaching have been well-executed, however, in other areas, student teaching has not performed well and has not yet learned how to apply the skills acquired in practice.

The skill of adjusting and controlling the pedagogical communication process is performed at a high level by some teacher-training students, while many others still perform poorly. In reality, teacher-training students do not yet perform well in this group of skills and need more practice.

 

 

 

 

The percentage of teacher training students implementing the content of the teaching skills training programs in their teaching activities has gradually increased over the years. The percentage of third-year teacher training students implementing the content of the teaching skills training programs is higher than that of second-year students. Thus, after each academic year of increased exposure to the real-world environment, the awareness of teacher training students also changes in an upward direction and at a higher level, therefore, teacher training students regularly implement and achieve high effectiveness.

There are many reasons why teacher training students perform well or poorly in their teaching skills, but the main reasons stem from subjective factors: students' awareness of the role and importance of teaching skills, their motivation for choosing the profession, and their interest in the profession.

The research results presented above are only preliminary studies, with limitations in terms of time and number of subjects. We cannot yet confirm the practicality of all the conclusions drawn. These collected data will serve as an initial basis for evaluating, understanding, and conducting further research on the issue of student teaching skills at Dong Nai University.

11. Practical applicability: providing theoretical information as well as practical data to help teacher training schools take appropriate actions to improve the teaching skills of teacher training students.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Titled "Communication Skills teacher student teacher Dong Nai University" to learn about the level of implementation of the SVSP KNGTSP University of Dong Nai. From the results of empirical research, the topic has come up with the conclusion:

KN-oriented communication pedagogy SVSP generally performed at a high level, besides that there are still some content SVSP done at moderate to apply in practice not achieve high efficiency.

KN positioning in some good content SVSP has its role but also some content SVSP does not perform well, do not know how to manipulate the content of the resource into practice.

KN adjustment process control communication pedagogy is a pedagogy students perform at a high level, besides that there are still many students who have not done well. But in fact SVSP KN group also performed less well and needs more practice.

The rate SVSP perform in the KNGTSP content in teaching activities also increased with the school year, the 3rd year rate SVSP perform in the KNGTSP content higher than the 2nd year that follows each school year more exposure to the real environment is also aware of the SVSP upward changes and higher level so teachers and students often perform and achieve high efficiency.

There are many reasons why students make good teachers or bad KNGTSP but the main cause is the cause comes from the subjective factors: students' perceptions of the role and importance of the KNGTSP, the body and career interest in vocational students.

The above findings are only preliminary studies, with limited time and number of guests possible. We dare not affirm the reality of all the conclusions to be drawn. The data collected will be the primary basis for the evaluation, recognition and further research on the issue of SVSP KNGTSP University Dong Nai.
