10. Summary of the thesis results:

Arising from the need to improve the quality of cultural fields to contribute to the successful implementation of the province's overall socio-economic development plan; to inspire emulation movements and create a vibrant atmosphere of competition among the people, and to promote the implementation of the National Target Program for New Rural Development throughout the province, improving the quality of civil servants and public employees in general, and those in the cultural field of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in particular, is a matter of great concern to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. However, there have been no studies on improving the quality of civil servants and public employees in the cultural field in Ha Tinh. This thesis has several new scientific points as follows:

The firstThis analysis clarifies the concept, characteristics, purpose, content, form, methods, and objective requirements of improving the quality of civil servants and public employees in the cultural sector in our country today.

MondayA comprehensive and objective assessment has been conducted on the current situation of civil servants and public employees in the cultural sector in Ha Tinh province.

TuesdayPresenting feasible viewpoints and solutions to ensure the improvement of the quality of civil servants and public employees in the cultural sector in Ha Tinh province today.

11. Practical applications:

- This thesis contributes to providing theoretical and practical issues on improving the quality of civil servants and public employees in the cultural field for competent authorities responsible for managing and evaluating the quality of civil servants and public employees in Ha Tinh.

- This thesis can be used as a reference for research and teaching on the issue of improving the quality of civil servants and public employees in general, and civil servants and public employees in the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector in particular.

12. Further research directions: Closely follow the contents of Resolution 33-NQ/TW of the 9th Conference of the Central Committee (11th term) on "Building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development" to consolidate and further refine the solutions.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Stemming from these requirements need to improve the quality of the cultural field to contribute with another sectors perform well the province overall planning for economic - society development; evoked emulation movements, create lively spirit of emulation in the masses, promote the implementation of the National target program for building new rural in the province. Improving the quality of civil servants and officials in general, civil servants and officials in the field of Culture, Sports and Tourism in particular is a matter which is interested in by Provincial Committee and Provincial People's Committees. However, the matter of improving the quality of civil servants and officials in the cultural field in Ha Tinh hasn't had any researches yet. This thesis has some new scientific views as follows:

Firstly:Having analyzed to clarify the concept, characteristics, purpose, content, form, method and objective requirements to improve the quality of civil servants and officials in the cultural field in our country today.

Secondary:Had an objective and comprehensive assessment about real situation of civil servants and officials in the cultural field in Ha Tinh province.

Generally:Outlining the perspectives, the feasible solution in order to ensure the improvement of the quality of civil servants and officials in the cultural field in Ha Tinh province at present.

12. Practical applicability:

- This thesis contributes to provide theoretical and practical issues about improving the quality of civil servants and officials in the cultural field for the management competent authorities, assessing the quality of civil servants and officials in Ha Tinh.

- This thesis can be used as a reference for the study and teaching about the matter of improving the quality of civil servants and officials in general, civil servants and officials in the field of Culture, Sports and Tourism in particular.

13. Further research directions:

Following closely on contents of Resolution No. 33-NQ-TW of the 9th Conference of the Central Executive Committee (XI) on "Building and developing culture and Vietnamese to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country" to consolidate and complete solutions mentioned.
