10. Summary of the thesis results:

- This thesis has conducted a fundamental and systematic study on the training and fostering of political theory for key grassroots officials in Ha Tinh province. It delves into the role of political theory for key grassroots officials and the role of these officials within the Vietnamese political system, analyzing their current activities in Ha Tinh province. The results of this thesis provide a basis for evaluating and analyzing existing shortcomings and limitations, identifying their causes, and drawing lessons learned, with the aim of enhancing the role of key grassroots officials in fulfilling their duties at the local level.

- Based on the current situation of political theory training and fostering for key grassroots officials in Ha Tinh, the thesis has proposed directions for reforming political theory training and fostering for key grassroots officials in the next phase.

11. Practical applications:

- This thesis can be used to evaluate the current state of political theory training and development for key grassroots-level officials.

- This thesis can be used as research material for application in lectures in political theory training and refresher courses; and for training key grassroots officials in state management knowledge at political schools in general and the Tran Phu Political School in Ha Tinh in particular.

- For Ha Tinh province, this thesis can be used to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of theoretical education for key grassroots officials, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions at all levels and the achievement of national goals on building new rural areas.

12. Future research directions:

- Continue researching and developing the topic to improve the quality of political theory training and education for leaders and managers at all levels within the political system.

The Summarising of study about training and improving political theory for local government in HaTinh area, deeply analyzes the role of political theory for local carde in the area and the role of them in our political network in our country. From the effect, the student makes the analysis of the real situation of their activity in Ha Tinh. The result of thesis may be served as base for evaluating, analyzing the sortcoming and limiting in order to reconise and provide one^,s ability in their activities in the location.

In base of the thesis of real training and improving political theory for local carde in the location of Ha Tinh province the thesis defines the opinion to improve the content of training and improvement of the political theory for main local cadre in HaTinh in the next time.
