Summary of the thesis results: China-Africa relations have long been studied by scholars as a prime example of cooperation between China and developing countries, providing insight into the methods and nature of China's relationships with these nations, as well as a better understanding of China's peaceful rise over the past three decades. China-Africa economic relations in the first decade of the 21st century are built on the mutual interests of both parties: China and Africa. Africa is not only a rich source of raw materials but also a vast consumer market and a political ally of China in international forums. Conversely, China provides Africa not only material support but also contributes to enhancing the continent's role and position in international political activities. Bilateral cooperation between China and Africa has further developed after the two sides agreed to elevate their relationship to a strategic partnership in 2000. China has become one of the region's most important partners, a generous financier of investment projects on the continent. We cannot deny China's role in improving Africa's image in the eyes of the international community. China's presence has not only given Africa a new look but has also contributed to improving the quality of life for a segment of the continent's population. However, China cannot ignore the criticisms from the international community and African nations themselves regarding its pragmatic and nationalistic approach to cooperation if it wants to continue being a good partner of Africa. In summary, by thoroughly researching and analyzing the economic relationship between China and Africa in general, and the three countries of South Africa, Sudan, and Angola in particular, during the first decade of the 21st century, this thesis aims to provide a perspective within the overall development strategy of China, especially regarding economic cooperation, and from there offer some suggestions for Vietnam in the process of cooperation and development with African countries. 11. Practical application: Offering some suggestions for future economic relations between Vietnam and Africa. 12. Further research directions: Prospects for agricultural cooperation between Vietnam and Africa in the coming years. 13. Published works related to the thesis: 2010, Graduation thesis: The Middle East and Africa in China's outward-oriented energy policy in the first decade of the 21st century.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The relationship between China and Africa has been studied by the scholars as one of the typical cases of cooperation between China and other developing nations, so, we can know the way and the nature of their relations with these countries, as well as having a better understanding of the Chinese peaceful rise since more than three decades. During the first decade of the twenty-first, China - Africa economic relations were based on the interests of both China and Africa. Africa provides not only an abundant material resource for China but also a vast consumer market and a political ally on the international forums. In contrast, in additional to bring a material support, China has also enhanced the role and position of Africa in the international politics. Bilateral Cooperation China-Africa had more conditions to develop after they agreed to enhance the relations into strategic partnership in 2000. China has become one of the most important partners and generous donors for the continent's investment projects. We cannot deny the role of China in improving the image of Africa in the eyes of the international community. The emergence of China not only brought a new look to Africa, but also contributed to improving the local population's quality of life. However, the international community and the African countries themselves also criticize the Chinese behavior and the cooperative way characterized by pragmatism and nationalism. In summary, studying the economic relationship between China and Africa in general, and with 3 countries, namely South Africa, Sudan, Angola, in particular during the first decade of the twenty-first century, the thesis aims to provide a perspective of the overall development strategy of China, particularly related to the economic field in order to offer some suggestions for Vietnam in the process of developing the cooperation with Africa countries. 12. Practical applicability: Offer some recommendations in Vietnam – Africa economic relations in the future. 13.
