Simultaneously, this study initially outlines some advantages, limitations, and lessons learned from the Party Committee of Son Tay town's leadership in addressing labor and employment issues from 1996 to 2006. 12. Practical application: The main experiences drawn from the leadership in addressing employment issues for workers by the Party Committee of Son Tay town from 1996 to 2006 will provide suggestions for implementing the Party's policies on labor and employment in subsequent periods. Furthermore, it will serve as a basis for research and teaching of history at Party schools, political centers, and secondary schools in the town. 13. Further research directions: Continue researching the leadership process of the Son Tay town Party Committee in addressing labor and employment issues in the subsequent period from 2006 to 2012.
