Summary of the results of the thesis (summarize the results of the thesis, emphasize new results, if any) The role of micro-verb groups can be considered and studied from many different perspectives, in which the research direction based on the application of critical discourse analysis theory is a new research direction. From this research direction, the thesis has surveyed the random appearance of dialogues containing micro-verb groups in more than 50 literary works and in daily conversations. Through the survey, the thesis aims to clearly understand the role of micro-verb groups in expressing the status of communicative roles as well as the strategies and linguistic means used by conversation participants to achieve communication goals and contribute to improving their self-image. 12. Practical applicability (if any) The research results in the thesis contribute to explaining and clarifying the power relationship in conversational discourses, thereby helping participants in communication to choose effective language use strategies to establish appropriate positions with the interlocutor in order to achieve the final communication goal. 13.
