10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on the current situation of exploiting Vietnamese culinary tourism products by Accor Group's branded hotels in Hanoi, this study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of hotel business through franchise agreements. The author proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of hotel business in exploiting and developing culinary tourism products, meeting the needs of tourists. This helps Accor Group's branded hotels leverage their advantages and mitigate weaknesses when diversifying the exploitation of culinary tourism products in general, and Vietnamese cuisine in particular, across different hotel models. For Accor Group to maintain and expand its branded hotels, in addition to improving infrastructure, identifying target customers, and maintaining stability in services and products, the group also needs to be more flexible in exploiting culinary offerings, whether by combining international cuisines or specializing in a single country like Vietnam.
In short: This thesis contributes to affirming the role and importance of exploiting Vietnamese culinary tourism products at Accor-branded hotels in Hanoi. Through this, it helps tourism management agencies and tourism businesses to have clear directions and solutions for preserving and developing culinary tourism products in their management and business operations. From there, the thesis proposes several solutions to develop and exploit Vietnamese culinary tourism products in hotel business.
Practical applicability: The solutions presented in this thesis have high practical applicability. Recognizing the urgent need to exploit culinary tourism products in franchise hotel businesses under the brand names of hotel groups in particular, and in tourism business in general, successful implementation of this work will preserve the essence of national culinary culture and ensure the sustainable development of tourism in Hanoi and Vietnam.
11. Practical applications:
The solutions presented in this thesis have high practical applicability. Recognizing the urgent need to exploit and preserve traditional culinary culture in the hotel business to attract tourists and increase the competitiveness of hotel enterprises, implementing these solutions effectively will maintain diversity in the exploitation of culinary tourism products through the form of hotel brand transfer, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Based on the reality of exploiting the Vietnamese culinary tourism products of Accor Corporation rental brands in Hanoi as well as pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of tourism business on franchise. The author offers some solutions in order to build not only the hotel business but also the exploiting and developing the tourism products effectively and meet all the tourists' requirements. Therefore, it improves the strengths of Accor Corporation rental brands and limits the weak in exploiting diversification of the culinary tourism products in general , Vietnamese culinary in particular in specific hotels. Thus, to maintain and replicate the Accor Corporation rental brands, Accor is not only improve the material and technique basis, identify target customers, maintain the stability of services and products but also have greater flexibility in food operator with interleaved form of depth in Vietnam.
In conclusion, the thesis contributes to assert the role and the importance of exploiting the Vietnamese culinary tourism products in Accor Corporation rental brands. Thereby helping the authorities in tourism, tourism businesses determine the directions and solutions with clear conserving and developing in directing and businessing the culinary tourism products. Thus, the thesis proposes the solutions to mining development in business the Vietnamese culinary tourism products.

The solutions offer a high applicability in practice in this thesis. Recognizing the urgency of exploiting the culinary tourism products in hotel business under brand franchise of hotel corporations as well as in tourism business. Perform this work reserves the best food culture of our country and ensures sustainable development of tourism in Hanoi and Vietnam.
