Summary of thesis results: - The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi is in the process of transitioning from a semester-based training system to a credit-based training system. This is a revolution in the university's training philosophy. With new tasks and requirements, lecturers are adapting in all aspects. To study this issue, we boldly explore the adaptation of lecturers in the university to credit-based training. - Adapting to credit-based teaching methods is a continuous process of self-adjustment at different levels to suit the circumstances, conditions, and objective requirements of the current credit-based training method, in order to maintain, survive, and improve the quality of teaching and learning for faculty, staff, and students in the school. - The main conclusions of the study are: + Firstly, regarding awareness: Most lecturers have a correct understanding of the school's policy and plan for transforming the training method and agree with this transformation. Lecturers actively and proactively learn about the credit-based training method to carry out their assigned tasks. + Secondly, lecturers' adaptation to credit-based teaching methods is demonstrated in the performance of the following tasks: Regarding course syllabi, lecturers have completed them according to the school's requirements; the syllabi ensure that they provide complete information about the lecturer and the course; Regarding class organization, lecturers face many difficulties for various reasons: large class sizes, limited self-study habits among students, many lecturers not yet adapting their teaching methods, etc.; Regarding student learning outcomes, lecturers also face difficulties in regularly assessing grades. + Thirdly, many factors influence the adaptation process of lecturers, including internal factors (perception, needs, motivation, satisfaction, etc.) and external factors (facilities, incentives, training policies, and staff development). 11. Practical application: - Identify the difficulties encountered in adapting to credit-based teaching methods so that lecturers, departments, faculties, and the university can find ways to overcome them. - Propose that the faculty and university organize training courses and experience sharing sessions on topics related to lecturers' teaching activities under the credit-based system. 12. In order to study this matter, we are bravely understanding about the adaptability to the credit training activity of the tutors in the school. - The adaptability to the credit training of the tutors is a process of the self adjustment in different levels in an appropriate manner to the situations, conditions and objective requirements of the credit training method in order to maintain, exist and improve the teaching and studying quality of the cadres, tutors and students of the school. -The main conclusion of the thesis is: + The first, for the awareness: Most of the lecturers are correctly aware of the guideline, plan of training method transformation of the School and support this guideline of transformation. The tutors are positively, actively seek to understand about the credit training method to implement their assignments: + Secondly, the tutors adapt to the credit training activity, expressed in the implementing the following tasks: For preparing the draft for the course, the tutors have completed according to the requirements of the School, such drafts are ensuring sufficient information of the tutors and the course; For organizing the classes, the tutors meet much difficulty in organizing class, for many different reasons: crowded class, limited study attitude of the student, many tutors have not transformed the teaching method… For the assessment of study results, the tutors also meet difficulty in assessing regular scores. + Thirdly, many factors are influent on the adaptability process of the tutors, in which the internal factors (awareness, demand, motive, pleasure…) and the external factors (conditions of the facilities, preferential regime, policies of training and fostering cadres). 12.
