Summary of Thesis Results: The thesis highlights the current state of information resources at the Information and Library Center of the University of Labour and Social Affairs: relatively accurate and complete; however, there are limitations in specialized information resources, especially foreign language information resources. The survey assessed the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information resources; and the level of satisfaction of three groups of information users (Leaders and Managers, Faculty and Staff, and Students) with the existing information resources. Based on this, three groups of solutions were proposed to enhance information resources for the school's credit-based training program from 2015 onwards: Developing a policy for supplementing scientific knowledge, Applying information technology to the organization and management of information resources, and International cooperation in sharing information resources and building a sustainable Consorsium. 12.
