Summary of the thesis results: The current state of traffic participation is posing many problems for sciences, including psychology, to solve, especially factors related to attitudes and traffic participation behaviors of young students. Therefore, based on theoretical and practical requirements, we chose the thesis topic: "Traffic participation attitudes of high school students in Hanoi". To solve the research task of the topic, we chose the main target group as students of three high schools in Hanoi representing three types of schools: specialized, public, and private. Specifically, Chu Van An High School, Nhan Chinh High School, Ho Xuan Huong Private High School, with a total of 300 students. In addition, we also chose the secondary target group as teachers, parents and traffic police. During the research process, we used the main research method of questionnaire survey, combined with some supplementary methods such as observation and interview. The general results are as follows: - The thesis has systematized some theoretical bases on the issue of attitude in psychology such as: concept of attitude, characteristics, structure and mechanism of attitude formation. In which, it has been supplemented to clarify some basic concepts such as: traffic participation, traffic participation attitude. - Conducted investigation, survey, and assessment of the current status of students' attitudes towards traffic participation. In particular, students' awareness of traffic safety issues, emotions as well as traffic participation behavior of high school students. In addition, we also surveyed the evaluation views of adults, organized objective observations of students' behavior during traffic participation to have a basis for comparison and clarification of the research problem. Specifically: - Based on the research results, we boldly put forward some viewpoints and recommendations to further enhance the positive attitude and behavior in traffic participation of students, prevent and limit violations, and raise traffic safety awareness when they grow up. 11. Besides, it also surveys adults' attitudes, students' traffic participation objective behaviors and uses them as the basis for comparison and research issue clarification. Specific: - Based on research results, we made some recommendations to further enhance students' positive traffic participation attitude and behaviors, to prevent violations, and to raise awareness of traffic safety when students are mature. 12.
