In the process of teaching and educating students, every primary school teacher cannot do without communication, including communication with parents, and through this communication process, influences the third party, primary school students. Chapter 1: The thesis studied the works of domestic and foreign authors on issues related to communication, pedagogical communication, and communication between teachers and parents of primary school students. Chapter 2: Research Organization To address the research task of the topic, we chose the research subjects as teachers and parents of students at Khuong Dinh Primary School and used several theoretical research methods including: the method of document research, the expert method; and practical research methods including: the survey method using questionnaires, the in-depth interview method. Chapter 3: Analysis of the current state of communication between teachers and parents of students at Khuong Dinh Primary School, solutions and recommendations. The analysis of the current situation shows that communication between teachers and parents of primary school students is very diverse and rich (20 formal communication situations; 30 informal communication situations). Communication takes place in many different ways. Synthesizing the results of the questionnaire and analyzing some typical situations clarifies the research problem. Based on the research results, we boldly present some viewpoints and recommendations to further improve the professional skills of primary school teachers in communicating with parents, contributing to achieving the goals of primary education. 11. Chapter 1: The Thesis covers a number of studies and researches on communication/dialogue issues, pedagogical communication and communication between the teacher and the parents of students at elementary school. Chapter 2: Conducting research: To address the issues of the thesis, we choose the teacher and the parents of students at Khuong Dinh Elementary School to be the objectives of the research. Theoretical methods used in this research include desk review, expert methodology; Practice methodology includes questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Chapter 3: Analysis of results of communication between the teacher and the parents of students of Khuong Dinh Elementary School; Solution and Recommendation. It can be shown from the situation analysis that communication between teacher and the parents of the students through communication situations is very rich and diverse (through analysis of 20 official communication situations and 30 unofficial communication situations). Communication activities are made in different forms. The results of the questionnaires and the analysis of typical situations have been synthesized to illustrate all issues of the research. Based on the results of the research, we put forward some perspectives and recommendations for sharing among teachers at elementary school in their communication with the students' parents in order to achieve the objectives of the education at elementary level. 12.
