Summary of Thesis Results (summarize the thesis results, emphasizing new results, if any – no more than 1 A4 page) In this thesis on the topic "Health Information in Vietnamese Journalism Today – Issues and Discussions," after presenting the theoretical issues, we conducted a survey on the Health and Life newspaper and O2 TV channel regarding the content and form of health information presented on these two media outlets and proposed some solutions to improve the effectiveness of health information in journalism. Health information content in the Health and Life newspaper and O2 TV channel includes: Information on implementing the Party, State, and health sector's policies on people's health care into daily life and healthcare activities nationwide; guidance and advice on health care and disease prevention and treatment (from simple to complex diseases, for all ages and genders, information on medication use...); and information on disseminating and improving health knowledge. Some forms of presentation include: genre, use of scientific terminology, reality television, use of charts, use of many dimensions, and sign language... A specific survey of health information in the press, conducted through a print publication and a television channel, further confirms the urgent need of the community for health care. At the same time, the survey results also show that the Party and State always care about the lives and health of the people. Solutions to improve the quality of health information in the press: For management levels (developing strategies, objectives, and policies), human resource training: Healthcare is a specialized field, so journalists working in this field need to be specialized to the necessary level. Regarding the public: Sociological research on public attitudes, tastes, needs, etc., needs to be done better with specialized channels to meet public information needs, reducing the incompatibility between sources and recipients. 11. Practical Applications (if any): The research results of this project will serve as an accurate, systematic, and comprehensive reference source for journalists working in the field of information in general and health information in particular through specialized channels such as O2 TV, Health and Life Newspaper, etc. It will also be a reference source for policymakers in the health sector and contribute to improving the quality of journalistic products, better serving the needs of the public. 12. Future Research Directions: Developing production strategies and methods for conveying information through specialized media channels.
