Summary of thesis results: - Through research and inheritance of the theoretical system on the personality characteristics of leaders, we have built a theoretical basis for the topic and a system of concepts such as: the concept of personality, personality characteristics, director, and personality characteristics of a director. - We have conducted investigations, surveys, and assessments to determine the current state of the level of manifestation of qualities and abilities of directors of different company groups at Hoa Phat Group. Among them, directors of the investment and raw material/product supply group exhibit qualities and abilities most frequently and clearly, followed by directors of the business group, and less frequently, directors of the manufacturing plant group. - We have identified the personality traits of the directors of Hoa Phat Group and, combined with in-depth interviews with research subjects, found that while their personality traits differ, they all possess the fundamental personality characteristics of leaders and managers in terms of political ideology, moral character, professional competence, organizational skills, communication skills, and educational abilities, meeting the requirements of Hoa Phat Group's current business operations. - Based on the research results, we boldly propose some viewpoints and recommendations aimed at: Cultivating the political and moral qualities and necessary competencies of directors and improving the selection and appointment of company directors. 11.
