Summary of the results of the thesis: - Through the research and inheritance of the theoretical system on the personality characteristics of leaders, we have built a theoretical basis for the topic and a system of concepts such as: personality concept, personality characteristics, director, personality characteristics of director - Conducted investigations, surveys, and evaluated the current status of the level of expression of qualities and capacities of directors of groups of companies at Hoa Phat Group.
