Clarifying some matters in the early twentieth century, the acceptance of Western ideas, in which the typical is the Darwin 's socialism that the confucian scholar patriots have mainly received through the translated books from China. It means that based on the Sino, the confucian scholar patriots have approached the idea of civilization in the world, but its negative side is that the reception of these new ideas must be done through a subjective prism of the Chinese. Studying the Evolution and Ethics indicates that although Nghiem Phuc declared that he prefered with translating theory including faith, attainment, elegance but in reality he had added, reduced, adapted and commented quite alots things in the work (the translated version).
