10. Summary of the thesis results:

- The media messaging about startups in Vietnamese online newspapers is a new research topic, surveyed on online newspapers - a new form of journalism that has been and is experiencing strong development.

- This thesis conducts a survey of information about startup businesses on two online newspapers: VnExpress and Business Forum over a one-year period (2017); conducts in-depth interviews with leaders of online newspapers, reporters, and those in charge of information about startup businesses; and interviews a number of readers. From these interviews, initial assessments of the work of disseminating information about startup businesses are made, while also identifying the successes, limitations, and causes of these successes and limitations of online newspapers in communicating about startup businesses.

- Based on the results of sociological surveys and research, this thesis proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of communication about startup businesses on online newspapers, focusing on solutions related to policy mechanisms and human resource training for information activities about startup businesses. The thesis also presents communication solutions about startup businesses for online newspapers and recommendations for the two online newspapers surveyed.

This thesis can be used as a resource for research and the development of specialized topics, lectures, and textbooks for training journalists in general, online journalists in particular, and units responsible for communicating information about entrepreneurship.

10. The brief of the thesis

Based on surveying and analyzing the factual problems of startup businesses in electronic media in Vietnam those days, under the perspective of journalistic morality, the thesis proposes some solutions aiming to restrict and correct this phenomenon. In chapter 1, we will make clear some terms, foundational basis for communication, communication on start-up businesses, electronic newspapers; Chapter 2 will dissect the reality of start-up media in the online newspaper survey in 2017 under the perspective of journalistic morality; chapter 3 will propose recommendations with e-newspapers entailed of the survey in particular and Vietnam e-newspapers in general to increase the effectiveness of information communication on start-up businesses in Vietnam electronic newspapers.

The thesis provides an insight into a phenomenon that arises in the development practice of the Vietnamese press in general and the Vietnamese online newspaper in particular, proposes evaluations, recommendations and solutions to enhance communication activities on start-up businesses in Vietnam electronic newspapers. This would help journalists, media leaders and media agencies to participate, consider and have proper solutions to deal with problems arising from the modern press, including electronic newspapers.

- Continuing to study the characteristics and contents of communication forms on start-up businesses in presses in general and electronic newspapers in particular.

- Further research on the realities and experiences in communication on start-up businesses. From the results, implying the experience and recommendations for the Vietnamese media.
