10. Summary of thesis results:

The author has studied the theories of Science and Technology (S&T) organizations, S&T activities, S&T policies... as well as the current status of the connection between S&T organizations in public hospitals with partners inside and outside Vietnamese hospitals in general and at Bach Mai Hospital in particular.

The difficulties and limitations in the linkage between science and technology organizations in public hospitals and partners inside and outside the hospital in the direction of autonomy mainly come from the fact that the linkage between science and technology organizations in public hospitals and partners inside and outside the hospital is still loose and spontaneous, there is no unified focal point to link the focal points together, the functions and tasks of science and technology organizations are not fully implemented... Therefore, the author proposes a solution to re-establish the linkage based on the actual needs between science and technology organizations in public hospitals and partners inside (clinical departments, professional departments in the hospital) and outside (enterprises, foreign hospitals, investment funds) according to the principle of autonomy to create effective linkages suitable to practical needs.

11. Practical applicability: A theoretical basis system for science and technology organizations in the health sector (especially in the case of Bach Mai Hospital) to research and analyze the advantages and difficulties in establishing relationships between science and technology organizations in public hospitals and partners in the direction of autonomy.
