This thesis focuses on clarifying general theoretical issues and basic concepts regarding political theory education and its role and content at district-level political training centers; assessing the current situation and challenges of political theory education at district-level political training centers in Hanoi from 2012 to 2017; and proposing some directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of political theory education at district-level political training centers in Hanoi in the future.

This thesis has proposed several directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of political theory education at political training centers in the districts of Hanoi in the coming time.

The results of this thesis provide documents and data to the departments and agencies of Hanoi City; and the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees on the current situation and issues regarding political theory education at the political training centers of Hanoi City's districts, as well as directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work in the future.
