- Based on the established theoretical framework, this thesis investigates, researches, and analyzes the current state of information and communication activities regarding high-tech agriculture on VTC16 and VTV2 television channels. It examines the author's purpose, frequency, volume, placement, and content related to high-tech agriculture in the works/programs. Simultaneously, it researches and identifies the successes, limitations, and causes of these limitations in the dissemination of information about high-tech agriculture on VTV2 and VTC16.

- Based on the theoretical and practical foundations studied, this thesis proposes fundamental solutions and recommendations for media organizations and the public to improve the quality of propaganda activities on high-tech agriculture. Through this, it affirms the position, role, and unique strengths of television within the current system of media types.

• Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has studied, researched and analyzed the current status of information dissemination activities on high technology application agriculture on VTC16 and VTV2 channels for surveying and got the purpose of the author, the frequency, capacity, position of appearance, the content of high technology application agriculture in the work / program. At the same time, the thesis has researched and demonstrated success, limitation, causes of limitation in the propaganda of high technology application agriculture on two channels VTV2 and VTC16.
