- The thesis has closely followed the theoretical basis of journalism and provided theoretical and practical basis, at the same time analyzed, synthesized and explained the issues related to the thesis. That is the issue of developing high-tech agriculture on television.

- Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has studied, researched, and analyzed the current status of information and propaganda activities on high-tech agriculture on VTC16 and VTV2 channels to survey and see the author's purpose, frequency, capacity, location of appearance, and content on high-tech agriculture in the work/program. At the same time, research and point out the successes, limitations, and causes of limitations in the propaganda on high-tech agriculture on VTV2 and VTC16 channels.

- Based on the theoretical and practical foundations studied, the thesis offers basic solutions and recommendations for press agencies and the public to improve the quality of propaganda activities on high-tech agriculture. Thereby, affirming the position, role and unique strengths of television in the current system of press types.
