10. Summary of the thesis results:
Children have always been considered the central target group of social work. Social security systems in countries around the world prioritize investment in protecting, caring for, and educating children. All of this is for the sake of the future generation of the country. However, children need more than just good physical care. They also need love, care, and a strong bond from those who protect them, based on established relationships. Stemming from the essential needs of poor children in extremely difficult circumstances in Chau Khe commune, Con Cuong district, Nghe An province, this researcher conducted the study "The Current State of Child Protection for Poor Children in Extremely Difficult Circumstances and the Role of Social Work in Chau Khe Commune, Con Cuong District, Nghe An Province." The research was conducted in Chau Khe commune using methods such as questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and relevant professional literature. The thesis has identified the theoretical and practical foundations in the field of social work. The research clearly shows the current state of child protection for poor children in extremely difficult circumstances, the role of social workers, and the intervention models being applied locally. It presents general realities such as: the content of training programs and policies for social workers, the application of support policies for children, and the methods of implementing social work models at the local level. It also evaluates the effectiveness of social work and intervention models for child protection. Based on this, it highlights the role of social work and the necessity of social workers in the policy implementation process. Furthermore, the thesis proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of social work practice and ensure that poor children in extremely difficult circumstances benefit from these policies.

Children are always viewed as a group of intervention of social work. Social security systems of the countries in the world are focused on investing in the protection, care and education of children. Everything is for the future generation of the countries. However, children need more than good physical care. Children also need love, attention and close relationships from those who defend them based on built relationships. Derived from the essential needs of poor children in extremely difficult circumstances in Chau Khe Commune - Con Cuong District - Nghe An Province. The researcher carried out the title " Factual situation of protection of poor children in special hardships and role of social activity in Chau Khe Commune - Con Cuong District - Nghe An Province ". The research was conducted in Chau Khe Commune by the following methods: survey questionnaires, in-depth interviews and specialized documents concerned. The research has pointed out the theoretical basis and practical basis in the social work. The research has indicated the situation of protection for poor children with extremely difficult circumstances and the role of social workers - social work and intervention models applied locally. The research has given the general situation as: Content of staff training policy program, application of support policies for children and ways to implement the local models of social work. Also, the research has evaluated the effectiveness of social work and intervention models of children protection. On that basis, the research raised the role of social work and the necessity of social workers during policy implementation. In addition, the thesis also proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of social work practice, ensuring that poor children with extremely difficult circumstances are policy beneficiaries.
