Based on that theoretical foundation, the author thoroughly examined the case study, summarizing and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses in performance evaluation at Ha Do Investment Limited Company.

Combining theory and practice, the author has proposed several solutions to further improve performance evaluation at Ha Do Investment Co., Ltd. in the future.
