The thesis focuses on studying the current situation of organization and operation at the library information center of the College of Economics and Commerce. Through the results of investigation, survey, summary and evaluation, the author found that the organization and operation at the library information center, besides the advantages, still have many problems that need to be solved. These problems come from causes related to policies and orientations of the Library leadership or from human resources, material resources, etc.
The thesis is based on the current situation and specific data, along with objective assessments and comments based on scientific theory to propose solutions to overcome and improve the effectiveness of the organization and operation of the Information Center - Library of the College of Economics - Technical Commerce.
