- The thesis has pointed out the position and importance of the novel genre on the theme of revolutionary war in the flow of Vietnamese literature. In addition, the thesis focuses on analyzing some typical novels of the period 2004-2009, thereby clarifying the innovations of this novel genre on the basis of inheriting the achievements of novels with the same theme in previous periods. Especially the innovation in the aspect of reflecting reality and building characters. In addition, the thesis also studies some outstanding artistic features of this novel genre in terms of viewpoint, space-time, language and tone.
