10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on research into the current state of organization and operation of information and library services supporting teaching, learning, and scientific research, as well as research into the information needs of users at the Library of the Academy of Policy and Development, the author provides objective assessments and observations on the weaknesses, strengths, difficulties, and advantages of the current state of organization and operation of information and library services at this institution. From this, the author boldly proposes feasible viewpoints, orientations, and solutions to improve the organization and effectiveness of information and library services at the Academy, contributing to enhancing the quality of education in the coming period.

11. Practical applications:

This research project presents perspectives and orientations, proposes mechanisms, policies, and solutions to improve the organizational structure, strengthen human resources and technical infrastructure, build appropriate document collections, diversify information and library products and services, and enhance linkages and document sharing to improve the organization and enhance the effectiveness of information and library operations at the Academy. The research results will serve as a basis for the Academy of Policy and Development to improve its organization and adjust its information and library operations to align with its training objectives, development orientation, role, and position in the coming period. Simultaneously, the project can be used as a reference document for individuals, organizations, and agencies in the field of information and library services and related fields.

12. Future research directions:

Expanding the scope of research on building and managing information resources/document collections at the Library, promoting the application of information technology in information and library activities, strengthening marketing activities in the Library, cooperating and sharing information resources with specialized economic libraries inside and outside the Ministry..., proposing solutions to maximize the information needs of users and ensure the best possible service for teaching, learning, and scientific research activities of staff, lecturers, students, and trainees at the Academy.

Based on the research on evidences of organizing and activities information – library to support teaching, learning, and studying activities, plus the study on demand of information of library users at Academy of Policy and Development (APD), author points out and analyzes weaknesses, strengths, advantages, and disadvantages. After that, the author proposes solutions to complete and enhance information – library activities to contribute teaching quality improvement at APD

11. Applicability in Practice:

These solutions, proposals on policy and mechanism from this thesis might use as a reference to complete organizational structure, to develop human resources and technical infrastructure, As the result, it helps to build up document capital aiming to diversify services and to improve linking and sharing documents in library activities at APD.

The results of thesis may use in implementation and adjustment of information and library activities to meet the education and research visions, missions of APD.

Also, this these might use as reference for other authors, entities in information, library related areas.

12. The following research:

These can be expanded by research on document capital management and information resources in larger scope, as well as, research on application of technology in library marketing, sharing information resources between libraries specialized in economics.

The solutions can be applied continuously to optimize information, library resources to ensure supporting effectively teaching, learning, studying of tutors and students in APD
