The thesis has clarified the conditions and premises for the birth of Confucius's ethical thought; from there, it analyzes the content of Confucius's ethical thought in "Analects". The author presents the values ​​and limitations of Confucius's ethical thought in order to highlight the values ​​that we need to promote and inherit in the cause of innovation in Vietnam today.

The author affirms that the content of Confucius's ethical ideology aims to build an ethical doctrine associated with politics to serve the governance of the country on the basis of taking humanity as the main ideology, using virtue and legitimacy to regulate society, using education to govern the people to stabilize social order and move towards building an ideal society.

Therefore, the value and limitations of KhongTu's Morality ideology have been given so as to highlight the value that we must study and develop in Vietnam innovation nowadays.
