10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis aims at the main research object of promoting the role of key female ward cadres (Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee) in Hanoi today.
Chapter 1 of the thesis clarifies three basic issues: The system of tool concepts; factors affecting the promotion of the role of female cadres; the viewpoints of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Party and the State on promoting the role of female cadres in the political system.
Chapter 2, the thesis focuses on studying the current status of promoting the role of key female ward cadres in Hanoi through an overview of the quantity and quality of key female ward cadres in Hanoi. Through surveying and researching the actual situation, the author points out the achievements as well as the remaining limitations in promoting the role of this team.
Chapter 3, based on theoretical analysis (Chapter 1) and the current status of promoting the role (Chapter 2), the thesis has presented viewpoints and two main groups of solutions to promote the role of key female ward cadres in Hanoi today, including: Group of solutions on policy mechanisms, objective conditions for the development of key female ward cadres and group of solutions to promote the initiative and positivity of key female ward cadres in Hanoi.
11. Practical application:
Based on the results achieved, the thesis contributes to the liberation of women, the implementation of gender equality and social progress. Contributes to changing the awareness of society about the position and role of women in general and female cadres in particular. At the same time, it is a recognition of the contributions of the key female cadres of the ward in the general development of Hanoi city in recent times.
12. Further research directions:
After successfully defending this topic, the author of the thesis hopes to have the opportunity and conditions to expand the research in the direction of: Comparative research, contrasting the role of key female ward officials in Hanoi with the role of key female ward officials in other centrally-run cities in the country.

Chapter 1, the thesis explains three basic issues: tool concept system; factors affecting promoting the role of women cadres; perspective of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology of the Party and State officials about promoting the role of women in the political system.
Chapter 2, the thesis focused on studying the reality promoting status the role of key ward women cadres in Hanoi current through an overview of the amount and quality key ward women cadres in Hanoi. Through surveys and research the actual situation, the authors highlight the achievements as well as hindered in promoting the role of this team.
Chapter 3, on the basis of analytical reasoning in chapter 1 and situation in Chapter 2, yet these two main solutions groups to promote the role of key ward women cadres in Hanoi currently includes: Solutions group about policies, the objective conditions for the development of key ward women cadres and solutions group to promote positive and active of key ward women cadres in Hanoi.

On the basis of the results obtained, the thesis contributes to the emancipation of women, implementation equal gender and social progress, and contributes to change society's perception of the position and role of women in general and women cadres in particular. Simultaneously, it notes that the contribution of ward's key women staff in the development of Hanoi through time.

After successfully defending the subject, I hope that I will have the opportunity and conditions to expand research including: studying to compare the role of key ward women cadres in Hanoi as well as ward's role of key women staffs in central cities in the country.
