10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on the main research subject: promoting the role of key female officials at the ward level (Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Chairperson, Vice Chairperson of the People's Council, Chairperson, Vice Chairperson of the People's Committee of the ward) in Hanoi today.

Chapter 1 of the thesis clarifies three fundamental issues: the conceptual framework; factors influencing the promotion of the role of female cadres; and the Marxist-Leninist perspective, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the Party and State's views on promoting the role of female cadres in the political system.

Chapter 2 of the thesis focuses on studying the current state of promoting the role of key female officials at the ward level in Hanoi by providing an overview of the quantity and quality of this group. Through surveys and research on the actual situation, the author points out the achievements as well as the limitations that still exist in promoting the role of this group.

Chapter 3, based on the theoretical analysis (Chapter 1) and the current situation of promoting the role (Chapter 2), presents viewpoints and two main groups of solutions to promote the role of key female ward officials in Hanoi today, including: Solutions concerning mechanisms and policies, and objective conditions for the development of key female ward officials; and solutions to promote the proactive and positive role of key female ward officials in Hanoi.

11. Practical applications:

Based on the results achieved, this thesis contributes to the liberation of women, the implementation of gender equality, and social progress. It helps change societal perceptions of the position and role of women in general and female officials in particular. It also acknowledges the contributions of key female officials in the ward to the overall development of Hanoi city in recent years.

12. Future research directions:

After successfully defending this thesis, the author hopes to have the opportunity and conditions to expand the research in the following direction: Comparative study of the role of key female ward officials in Hanoi with the role of key female ward officials in other centrally-governed cities nationwide.

The thesis towards the object of study promotes the role of key ward women cadres (Secretary, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman, Vice Chairman of People's Committee of ward) in Hanoi today.

Chapter 1, the thesis explains three basic issues: tool concept system; factors affecting promoting the role of women cadres; perspective of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology of the Party and State officials about promoting the role of women in the political system.

Chapter 2, the thesis focused on studying the reality promoting status the role of key ward women cadres in Hanoi current through an overview of the amount and quality key ward women cadres in Hanoi. Through surveys and research the actual situation, the authors highlight the achievements as well as hindered in promoting the role of this team.

Chapter 3, on the basis of analytical reasoning in chapter 1 and situation in Chapter 2, yet these two main solutions groups to promote the role of key ward women cadres in Hanoi currently includes: Solutions group about policies, the objective conditions for the development of key ward women cadres and solutions group to promote positive and active of key ward women cadres in Hanoi.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

On the basis of the results obtained, the thesis contributes to the emancipation of women, implementation equal gender and social progress, and contributes to change society's perception of the position and role of women in general and women cadres in particular. Simultaneously, it notes that the contribution of ward's key women staff in the development of Hanoi through time.

12. Further research directions, if any:

After successfully defending the subject, I hope that I will have the opportunity and condition to expand research including: studying to compare the role of key ward women cadres in Hanoi as well as ward's role of key women staffs in central cities in the country.
