This thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical issues regarding non-governmental organizations (NGOs), their environmental protection activities, and state management of these organizations. It initially proposes and explains some directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management of NGOs operating in the field of environmental protection.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis will serve as a basis for improving the effectiveness of state management of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in general, and NGOs operating in the field of environmental protection in particular, both theoretically and practically, contributing to promoting NGO aid in the field of environmental protection in our country in the future.

The research findings of this thesis can be used as reference material for research and teaching on the TCPCPNN (Transparency, Collaborative, and Non-Governmental Organizations) and state management in this field.

Initially, the study proposes and expands some directions and solutions in order to improve state management with international ENGOs in our country today.

Practical applicability, if any: The results of the thesis will basically contribute to enhance the effectiveness of state management with INGOs in general and international ENGOs in detail in both practical and theoretical issues, contribute to improve international non – Government aid in environmental protection in Vietnam.
