The thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical issues on non-governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations operating in environmental protection and state management of these organizations. Initially, it proposes and discusses a number of directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management of non-governmental organizations operating in the field of environmental protection.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis will serve as a basis to contribute to improving the effectiveness of state management of non-governmental organizations in general and non-governmental organizations operating in the field of environmental protection in particular, both in theory and practice, contributing to promoting non-governmental aid in the field of environmental protection in our country in the coming time.

The research results of this thesis can be used as reference material for research and teaching on public administration and public administration in this field.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis focuses on clarifying the theoretical issues of International Non – Governmental Organization (INGO), International Non – Governmental Organization focused on environmental protection (ENGO) and state management with international ENGOs in Vietnam. Initially, the study proposes and expands some directions and solutions in order to improve state management with international ENGOs in our country today.

Practical applicability, if any: The results of the thesis will basically contribute to enhance the effectiveness of state management with INGOs in general and international ENGOs in detail in both practical and theoretical issues, contribute to improve international non – Government aid in environmental protection in Vietnam.
