In reality, SMEs in Ha Tinh face many difficulties in accessing capital, although their contribution to economic development is very significant. Access to economic capital: In reality, accessing economic capital in the process of building enterprises faces many difficulties. Financial capital is accessed through informal channels, which is accepted by businesses because it does not require collateral. Technology and technical skills have not been given due attention and applied properly. The workforce has not yet met the technical and product quality requirements. Within the framework of this thesis, the author focuses on researching and understanding the role of economic capital in the process of building, maintaining, and developing businesses, the current situation, difficulties in accessing capital, and behaviors related to accessing and mobilizing economic capital.
