In addition to the Introduction and Conclusion, the thesis consists of 3 chapters: Chapter 1: Some general issues on Japanese ODA This chapter introduces the most general concept of Official Development Assistance (ODA), the nature of Japanese ODA and an overview of the relationship between Vietnam and Japan, the role of ODA in the Vietnam - Japan relationship. Chapter 2: Implementation of Japanese ODA in Vietnam This chapter focuses on analyzing the forms of ODA implementation by the Japanese government for Vietnam. At the same time, it analyzes the contents of ODA implementation as well as the achievements in each field of ODA implementation. Chapter 3: Impact of ODA on Vietnam - Japan Relations, Existence and Recommendations This chapter focuses on the impacts of ODA on Vietnam - Japan relations, and at the same time assesses the shortcomings in the work of ODA allocation and use in Vietnam. On that basis, recommendations are made to contribute to effectively solving the work of attracting and effectively using ODA while improving the effectiveness of ODA in strengthening Vietnam - Japan relations, thereby contributing to continuing to promote Vietnam - Japan relations in the future. 11.
