10. Summary of thesis results:
In the content of the thesis, the student focused on clarifying the concepts of models, current information models as well as the concepts of news programs of local radio and television stations; the current media environment; current public needs. In addition, in chapter 1, the student also gave quite detailed information about the economic, cultural and social situation of the provinces of the South of Hau River, an overview of the press in general, and television news programs of the South of Hau River stations in particular. From theoretical to practical basis to clarify the important role of building a news information model of local radio and television stations in the current media context. The student introduced an overview of the history of formation, functions, tasks and structure, evaluated the news content, and the form of expression in the news programs of the two radio and television stations of Bac Lieu and Hau Giang. The students also surveyed the actual news programs of the two stations THBL and Hau Giang from January to June 2019. Based on the criteria for evaluating the quality of journalistic works and the format of the news program, the students found that each local station has its own advantages, most of which meet all the criteria and have basically met the information needs of the local public. In addition, the information in the news programs of both TV stations is still limited by local space, mostly confined to the province, so the information is not really rich, still cannot meet all the needs of the TV viewing public, especially in the context of information competition as it is today.
From the above comments, analysis and evaluation, students can propose solutions to build a news information model for THBL station in particular and local television stations in the region in general in the current new media context, thereby creating attractiveness and attracting a large audience to follow the station's news program.
11. Practical applicability: Evaluate the positive aspects, limitations as well as challenges and issues raised regarding the issue of current affairs information on television of Bac Lieu Radio and Television Stations in particular, and Nam Song Hau Stations in general. Propose and propose solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda on the airwaves of Bac Lieu Radio and Television Stations.
