Topic: Issues related to the organization of agricultural program production at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station today (Survey of agricultural and fisheries extension programs from June 2018 to June 2019).
The research issues in this thesis are based on fundamental theoretical foundations derived from documents, books, and practical experience at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station. The author has synthesized and evaluated the process of coordinating and organizing the production of agricultural programs at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station from June 2018 to June 2019. Through surveying the programs produced and broadcast by Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station during this period, the author has identified strengths to be promoted and limitations to be addressed, aiming to contribute to the more effective organization and production of agricultural programs on Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station in the future.
During the process of researching, compiling, and analyzing the production activities of agricultural programs at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station, the author of this thesis has gained valuable practical experience.
Based on practical issues encountered during the production of programs at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station, the author proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and producing agricultural programs on the station's radio and television broadcasts. It is hoped that this thesis will make a significant contribution to the process of innovating and improving program quality in line with modern broadcasting trends at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station.
11. Practical applications:
According to the author, the topic has the potential for practical application at radio and television stations in the Southwestern region of Vietnam in general, especially at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station, because in reality, the organization of program production at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station still has many shortcomings. Furthermore, coordinating with other units to produce programs broadcast on Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station is generating a significant amount of revenue for the station's total income.
Based on this reality, the thesis will help the Boards of Directors of Radio and Television Stations in general, and Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station in particular, to develop plans for organizing and implementing the station's programs in the future that are more in line with public needs. For the staff of radio and television management, reporters, editors, broadcasters, and technicians, it will provide valuable lessons in organizing and implementing programs in the field of agriculture in the coming period.

10. Summary of the thesis findings:
The thesis: The Current Organization and Production of Agricultural Columns at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station (Through investigation the agricultural and fishery columns made from the june of 2018 to the june of 2019).
The topics that this dissertation examines are based on the basic theories derived from documents, newspapers and the author's work experiences at Bac Lieu Radio and Television station. The author summarizes and evaluates the cordoning processes in which the agricultural columns were produced from June 2018 to June 2019. Through investigating the columns made during this time, the author has clearly pointed out the strengths that need to be promoted as well as the weaknesses that should be resolved in an effort to help contribute to more efficient organization and production of agricultural columns at the station in the future.
The author has learned invaluable experiences while he collected data, synthesized and analyzed the organization and production processes of agriculture columns at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station.
From the realities of how agriculutal columns are produced at the station, the author suggests a number of strategies so that the columns could be made with the best efficiency. It is expected that this thesis will make important contributions to program renovation and improvement mission following the modern tendency of Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station.
11. Practical implications
The author believes that this thesis is applicable to the realities of the Radio and Television in the Mekong Delta in general and particularly at Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station due to its current limitations. Besides, the coordination with other agencies in producing other columns on Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station has brough subtantial profits to the total revenues of the Station. We are living in the Industry Revolution 4.0 which has influential impact on many socioecnomic aspects including the media. Previously known as monopoly in information transmission, the traditional press agencies such as printed newspapers, radion and television now have to share a majority of audience with online newspapers and social media. The appearance of online newspapers and social media has put the traditional press agencies to huge challenges. In addition, technology developments require enormous changes from the radio and television stations to adapt and meet the public's higher demands.
Therefore, this thesis helps will the Executive Boards of the Radio and Television Stations in general and that of Bac Lieu Radio and Television Station in particular to propose their agenda in planning and organizing the columns that closely reflect the public's needs. Managers, reporters, editors, presenters and technicians of press agencies can obtain experienes in organizing and implementing programs on agricultural fields in the future.
