Despite limited research time and a lack of available research materials, the thesis has essentially achieved its objectives through a combination of theoretical approaches and practical surveys. The thesis results are as follows:
This thesis clarifies theoretical and practical issues related to improving the quality of information on multidimensional poverty reduction for the Khmer people in print newspapers such as Bac Lieu Newspaper, Soc Trang Newspaper, and Dat Mui Photo Newspaper. Chapter 1 also affirms the role and importance of the press in disseminating information on multidimensional poverty reduction for the Khmer people; clarifies the concepts of information and criteria for evaluating information quality, and the concept of multidimensional poverty. Furthermore, it clearly outlines the Marxist-Leninist perspective and Ho Chi Minh Thought on the importance of implementing ethnic policies, especially poverty reduction efforts.
Chapter 2, through a survey of the current state of information organization regarding content, form, and publication methods in the print newspapers of Bac Lieu, Soc Trang, and Dat Mui from January 2018 to June 2019, the thesis identified the advantages, limitations, and causes of each problem in information dissemination. Simultaneously, through public surveys, further clarification was provided on issues concerning the content, form, and methods of information in the newspapers.
Based on the survey of the current situation in Chapter 2, in Chapter 3 the author proposed solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Boards of Bac Lieu Newspaper, Soc Trang Newspaper, and Dat Mui Photo Newspaper to improve the quality of information in the press for the Khmer people in particular and ethnic minorities in general, with the main goal of continuously improving the quality of content, form, and methods in print media, in order to promptly meet the information needs in the new situation.
11. Practical applications: This research will contribute to improving the quality of information on multidimensional poverty reduction for the Khmer people in print newspapers in Bac Lieu and Soc Trang, and in the Dat Mui photo newspaper in particular, and for ethnic minorities in general.

The thesis has explained theoretical and practical issues in relation to improving the quality of information on multidimensional poverty reduction for Khmer people in Bac Lieu newspaper, Soc Trang newspaper and Dat Mui photo newspaper. In chapter 1, it also affirms the role and importance of the press in communicating multidimensional poverty reduction for Khmer people; clarifying the concept of information and criteria for information quality evaluation, the concept of multidimensional poverty. Also, the thesis has made clear the views of Marxism – Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's Thought on the importance of implementation of national policy, especially poverty reduction.
In chapter 2, through the survey on the organization of information on content, form and method of publishing in Bac Lieu newspaper, Soc Trang newspaper and Dat Mui photo newspaper from January 2018 to June 2019, the thesis has pointed out the advantages, limitations and causes of each issue in communication. At the same time, through the public investigation, it has clarified more issues about content, form and method of communication in the newspaper.
From surveying the situation in Chapter 2, in Chapter 3, the author has proposed solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Board of Bac Lieu newspaper, Soc Trang newspaper and Dat Mui photo newspaper to improve the quality of information in the media for the Khmer people in particular and ethnic settlements in general with the main goal of constant improvement of quality of content, form and methods on newspapers, in order to promptly meet the demand for information in the new situation.
