10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis studies the issue of health education communication on Ca Mau radio and television broadcasts. Through the analysis of over 450 news items, 300 reports, and more than 100 short recordings broadcast on Ca Mau radio and television from January 2018 to June 2019, and surveys of opinions from journalists and health experts, conclusions are drawn regarding the effectiveness of health education information conveyed on radio and television, and whether the content and presentation are diverse and rich. The analysis reveals the successes and limitations of health education communication efforts. From accessing information, people have gradually improved their awareness of proactive disease prevention, learned how to care for and improve their health, contributing to the health sector's efforts to control and combat epidemics. Health education and communication programs have contributed to creating a social impact, positively influencing public awareness, attitudes, and behavior in health protection and care.
Through analysis, the thesis has pointed out the limitations in health education communication programs such as: Ca Mau Radio and Television Station has not completed the transition from SD to HD broadcasting, so the image quality is still limited compared to other radio and television stations in the region. It does not fully meet the requirements of modern television, information is slow, and lacks timeliness. The number of reporters and editors in charge of health education communication is insufficient, therefore, the information on health education is not fully conveyed to the public. Coordination between the health sector and the press in health education communication is limited, so the effectiveness of providing information to the press is not high. Program content does not closely match each target audience…
Through in-depth interviews with media and healthcare experts, this thesis provides an overview of health education and communication programs broadcast on radio and television in Ca Mau. The thesis proposes solutions to improve the quality of health education and communication programs in the Ca Mau health sector in particular, and the health education and communication work of the Ministry of Health in general.
11. Practical Applications: Based on the research results on the current state of health education communication on radio and television broadcasts and solutions to improve the quality of health education communication, this thesis can be effectively applied to the communication work of the health sector in the future. The aim is to equip people with knowledge and change their behavior to effectively implement disease prevention and control and health care for themselves, their families, and the community.

Future research directions: This thesis can serve as a reference for future research in the field of health education communication, disease prevention and control, and public health care within the health sector. The recommendations and solutions presented in this thesis can assist journalists in accessing, analyzing, and processing information during their communication efforts.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis on communication in health education on Ca Mau radio and television. Through the process of analysis of more than 450 news, 300 reports and more than 100 recordings on the Ca Mau Radio and Television from January 2018 to June 2019 and the survey of opinion from experts in journalism and health professionals. From there, to give the conclusions such as how to communicate the information on communication in health education on radio and television station, and whether the content and form of expression are diversified and rich or not. The information analysis shows the success and limitations of communication in health education. From the point of access to information, people have gradually raised their awareness of proactively preventing diseases, understood how to care to improve their health, contributing to coordinate with the health sector to control and eliminate the epidemics. The communication in health education program has contributed to creating social effects, positively impacting awareness, attitude and behavior of the public in health protection and care.
Through the analysis, the thesis has pointed out but limited in the communication in health education programs such as: Ca Mau Television and Radio Station has not completed the roadmap to switch from SD to HD broadcasting, thus image quality is more limited than other radio and television stations in the region. In which, inadequate response to modern television, and information that is communicated slowly, and not highly topical. The number of reporters and editors in charge of communication in health education is still lacking, thus they cannot convey all information about communication in health education to the public. The coordination between the health sector and the press agencies in communication in health education is limited, thus the efficiency of providing information to the media is not high. The program content has not followed closely with each audience.
By the method of in-depth interviews with medical and experts in journalism, the thesis has evaluated the overview of the communication in health education program on Ca Mau Radio and Television. In the thesis, the author proposed some solutions to improve the quality of communication in health education program of the Ca Mau health sector in particular and the work of communication in health education of Ministry of Health in general.
11. Practical applicability: From the research results on the current situation of communication in health education on radio and television station and solutions to improve the quality of communication in health education. The thesis can be effectively applied in the communication of the health sector in the coming time. In order to equip the knowledge and change people's behavior to effectively carry out disease prevention and control as well as health care for themselves, their families and the community.

Further research directions: The topic can be used as a reference for the research projects in the field of communication in health education related to disease prevention and control, health care for people in the health sector later. The recommendations and solutions in the thesis can help journalists when contacting sources of information, then analyzing and processing information in their communication process.
