10. Summary of thesis results:
Thesis researches the issue of Southwestern Television on Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, Kien Giang Radio and Television Station. Through analyzing more than 450 news, 300 reports and more than 100 quick notes on Ca Mau Radio and Television from January to September 2019 and surveying the opinions of press experts and leaders of the Station, editors, reporters... From there, draw conclusions about how news articles, reports... are transmitted on Radio and Television, the content and form of expression are diverse and rich or not. With information analysis, it shows the successes and limitations of Television on the development of the economy and society in Ca Mau and Kien Giang. From the access to information, people have grasped the policies of the Party and State on hunger eradication and poverty reduction policies, new models with good and creative ways to contribute to sustainable hunger eradication and poverty reduction.
Through analysis, the thesis has pointed out the limitations in health education programs such as: Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, Kien Giang Radio and Television Station have not completed the transition from SD to HD broadcasting, so the image quality is still limited compared to other Radio and Television Stations in the region. Not fully meeting the requirements of modern television, information is still slow, not highly topical. The number of reporters and editors in charge of poverty reduction is still lacking, so information about the policies of the Party and State cannot be fully conveyed to the public. Coordination between localities and Radio and Television Stations, especially reporters and editors in the field of poverty reduction, is still limited, so the effectiveness of providing information to the press is not high. The content of the program is not closely related to each public object...
By means of in-depth interviews with press experts, the thesis has made an overall assessment of the issue of hunger eradication and poverty reduction on radio and television in Ca Mau and on radio and television in Kien Giang. The thesis has proposed solutions to improve the quality of television programs in Kien Giang, Ca Mau and the whole Southwest region.
11. Practical applicability: From the results of the study on the current status of health education communication on Radio and Television and solutions to improve broadcasting quality. The thesis can be effectively applied in communication work on hunger eradication and poverty reduction in the coming time. In order to popularize to the audience and people to better understand the hunger eradication and poverty reduction policy in the locality.
12. Further research directions: The topic can be used as a reference for future research projects in the field of poverty reduction on TV stations. The recommendations and solutions in the thesis can help journalists when approaching sources of information, analyzing and processing information in their communication process.

The thesis studies the issue of Southwestern television on Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, Kien Giang Radio and Television Station. Through analysis of more than 450 news, 300 reports and more than 100 quick recordings on Ca Mau radio and television from January to September 2019 and survey for the opinions of press experts and the Station's leaders, editors and reporters.... Thereby, drawing conclusions about how news, articles, reports... are transmitted on Radio and Television Stations, whether the contents and forms of expression are diversified or rich or not? With the analysis of information, it shows the successes and limitations of Television on the development of economy and society in Ca Mau and Kien Giang. From accessing information, people have grasped the Party and State's guidelines on poverty reduction policies, new models with good and creative ways to contribute in eradicating hungry household and reducing poor household sustainably.
Through analysis, the thesis has pointed out but limitations in health education television programs such as: Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, Kien Giang Radio and Television Station have not completed the transition from SD to HD broadcasting, so the picture quality is still limited compared to other Radio and Television Stations in the region. Modern television has not yet fully responded, the information is still slow and not highly topical. The number of reporters and editors in charge of poverty reduction and hunger eradication is still lacking, therefore the information regarding the policies of the Party and the State has not been fully communicated to the public. The cooperation between the locality and Radio and Television Stations, especially reporters and editors in poverty reduction and hunger eradication, is still limited, so the effectiveness of providing information to the press is not high. By method of in-depth interviews with press experts, the thesis has evaluated the overview of poverty reduction on radio and television broadcasts in Ca Mau and Kien Giang. The thesis has proposed solutions to improve the quality of television programs in Kien Giang, Ca Mau and the whole Southwest region.

The applicability in practice: From the results of research on the current situation of health education communication on Radio and Television waves and solutions to improve broadcasting quality, the thesis can be effectively applied in communication about poverty reduction in the coming time in order to disseminate to the audience and people for understanding more about the local poverty reduction policy.
