Chapter 1: This thesis systematically outlines the basic theoretical issues concerning office work and delves into an in-depth analysis of the fundamental tasks of administrative office work in agencies and organizations; it also summarizes some current legal regulations on administrative and office work.
Chapter 2: The author surveys and evaluates the current state of administrative office organization in several online journals belonging to various associations and draws the following conclusions: Administrative office work has basically received attention from the leadership of some journals, but there are still many limitations such as: document management and archiving are not professional; administrative staff have not been trained in office work skills and still have to handle many tasks at the same time; the organization of meetings, departmental arrangement and layout are not scientific, and the implementation of regulations and rules is not consistent….
Chapter 3: Based on the analysis of the current situation in Chapter 2, the thesis proposed several solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative office work in journals, including: raising awareness of administrative office work; investing in office equipment; promoting the application of information technology; and improving the quality of administrative office tasks.

Chapter 2: The author surveys and evaluates the actual of office administration in a number of e-journals belonging to the Associations and makes the following comments: office administration work has basically been taken into consideration by the leaders of a number of journals, but there are still many limitations such as: clerical and archiving work has not been unprofessional yet; administrative staff have not been trained in office work and still have to take on more than one job at the same time; organizing meetings and organizing departments is still not scientific, the implementation of regulations is not consistent, etc.
