In the topic “The management of internal news content on the Mekong Delta region's electronic newspaper”, the author clarified a number of instrument concepts, developed a theoretical framework for the research issues; carried out the survey the current situation of the management of internal news content on electronic newspapers in the Mekong Delta region, highlighting out the advantages, limitations and causes of such limitations, then proposed some solutions to improve the quality of management of internal news content on electronic newspapers in the Mekong Delta region today.
