The research topic "Communication on e-government in the press of Tien Giang province" yielded the following results:

• This study surveys and analyzes the current state of communication regarding e-government during the period 2016-2019. This was the time when localities nationwide, including Tien Giang province, were implementing and developing e-government. Through this, the author assesses the advantages and disadvantages in communication and analyzes the causes of these advantages and disadvantages.
• This thesis proposes recommendations for localities to develop more effective policies and communication methods regarding e-government. Local media outlets can identify the advantages and disadvantages in order to reorganize their media communication efforts in a systematic and professional manner.
