The Party Cell of the Faculty of Psychology received a certificate of merit from the Party Committee of VNU for completing its tasks excellently for 5 consecutive years (2014-2018).
94.1% of teaching staff have doctoral degrees
Currently, the Faculty has 16/17 lecturers with doctoral degrees (accounting for 94.1%), 01 professor and 06 associate professors (accounting for 41.1% of the total number of teaching staff). In addition to high professional qualifications demonstrated through academic titles and degrees, the Faculty's staff are always actively participating in training and improving their qualifications through training courses on innovative teaching methods, improving scientific research capacity, and English classes for lecturers.
Leading in international publication
Implementing the school's policy of promoting international publication, in the past term, the Party cell led the Faculty to implement research topics, publish scientific articles and organize international conferences. In the past term, the Faculty of Psychology organized 02 prestigious and influential international conferences in the region and internationally. These were the international conference "Human Happiness and Sustainable Development" in November 2017, and the conference "Health Behavior in Modern Society" in November 2019.

Every year, the staff of the Department of Psychology publishes 2-5 articles in ISI and Scopus journals, and 5-10 articles in other peer-reviewed international journals. The staff of the Department actively participates in international conferences abroad, with many articles published in conference proceedings. In addition to the staff's scientific research activities, the scientific research activities of students are also focused on and achieve good results. In the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years, 03 student groups of the Department won 01 First Prize and 02 Second Prizes in the Ministry-level Student Scientific Research Competition.

Maintain training quality
One of the important political tasks of the Faculty is undergraduate and postgraduate training. The Party Cell has directed well the continuous improvement of the training quality of full-time students in the standard and high-quality systems as well as the training quality of masters and doctoral degrees; ensuring good teaching materials and learning materials for all systems.
Outstanding achievements in the training activities of the Faculty include: maintaining the scale of undergraduate enrollment; diversifying the source of postgraduate enrollment; building and operating well the master's training program in Clinical Psychology with application orientation; enrolling students in the second degree class for those in need; completing the external assessment of the bachelor's training program in Psychology according to AUN standards.
In the 2017-2020 term, in addition to the achieved results, the lessons learned by the Party Cell of the Faculty of Psychology are that it is necessary to always maintain the principles of democratic centralism, internal solidarity and unity; promote the spirit of continuous learning and improving the professional qualifications of party members and lecturers to improve the quality of teaching and scientific research; strive to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the School.
