Reforming the training program
Recognizing that training high-quality human resources to meet societal needs is a crucial step, the Party Committee has directed the unit to actively transform and develop training programs. Accordingly, the Faculty has updated two bachelor's programs: Information and Library Science and Information Management, developed and launched a high-quality Information Management program in accordance with Circular 23, and updated two master's programs and one doctoral program. In addition, the lecture system and textbooks have been compiled to meet the development of training programs. In the 2018-2019 academic year, the unit's enrollment increased by 200%. This once again affirms the Party Committee and the Dean's Board's unwavering pursuit of the goal of decisively innovating and building a new direction for human resource training in the context of digital transformation.

Applying technology in teaching
Two units within the Party Branch are pioneers in innovating teaching methods based on technology. Lecturers in these units have implemented blended learning for many years and are actively engaging in online teaching (e-learning) in the new context. The two units have collaborated with the university's functional departments to implement a professional online training system for the university, training lecturers in the use of software and online teaching.
The implementation of the most modern practical library model at Hanoi National University is a highlight in training, linking theory with practice.

Multilateral cooperation, kconnectionnschool and business
The Faculty has been actively promoting cooperation between the university and businesses, organizations, international universities, and domestic professional units. Leveraging its strengths in applied and interdisciplinary sciences, and the high practical demand, the Faculty collaborates with businesses to develop up-to-date and modern training content, inviting experienced experts to teach and guide students and trainees. Practical internships and graduation internships at agencies and businesses are also key areas of innovation to improve training quality and create job opportunities for learners. Furthermore, the Party Committee believes that this cooperation will bring many opportunities to develop the University's resources, both financially, in terms of facilities, and in terms of human resources, through contributions and sponsorships from partner businesses.
The Faculty has also collaborated with international companies and organizations such as UNESCO, OADP, Facebook, and Google to implement research projects and courses for faculty and students. Notable projects include open educational resources, open data access, We Think Digital, and the Vietnam 4.0 Launchpad… These activities have provided impetus and resources for the unit's development.
