On November 18-19, 2023, the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (Vietnamese Studies and Language - VSL) solemnly held the 55th Anniversary Ceremony of the Faculty and Welcomed Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20 with the participation of generations of leaders, former teachers, lecturers, staff, students, and trainees of the faculty and partner units.

On the morning of November 16, 2023, at the campus of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), the 0-dong Supermarket for the University's students was organized by the Union in a very warm atmosphere. Attending the event were Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Principal of the University, Dr. Ngo Kieu Oanh, President of the University's Union, along with teachers representing the leaders of the Union Executive Committee, departments, faculties/departments, and a large number of students.

On the morning of November 14, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU - USSH) successfully organized the Scientific Workshop "Developing human resources on Social Work in care and rehabilitation for autistic children".

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) is a unit with many good policies in encouraging lecturers and scientists to research and publish textbooks, reference books, and monographs.

On the morning of November 11, 2023, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), the Faculty of Information and Library solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20, to honor and express gratitude for the contributions of teachers, who play an important role in educating and training the younger generation.

On the afternoon of November 3, 2023, at the Nguỵ Như Kon Tum Hall of Hanoi National University, the closing ceremony of the International Scientific Conference: "Vietnam - Japan Relations: Past - Present - Future" took place. The conference was co-organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH) and the Vietnam - Japan University under Hanoi National University as part of a series of events celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam - Japan friendship relations.

Within the framework of the 10th Anniversary of the Institute of Policy and Management and 20 years of cooperation with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation (Germany), the Institute of Policy and Management organized an international scientific seminar with the theme "Social change and issues of science, technology and innovation management in Vietnam".

On November 3, 2023, the Institute of Policy and Management under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking a development milestone with the Institute's remarkable contributions in the fields of policy and management research in Vietnam.

On October 28, 2023, the Northern Regional Preliminary Round of the 2023 Vietnamese Speaking Contest for Foreign Students successfully concluded! The Organizing Committee awarded 2 First Prizes, 4 Second Prizes, 6 Third Prizes and 12 Consolation Prizes to the competing teams.

The Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the Student Event Organization Club - SEG, hosted the "Humanities and Talents Contest - USSH GRALENT 2023" with the aim of searching for and honoring promising faces, possessing all the elements of talent and beauty to represent the school's youth on major forums, inspiring students to live beautifully, confidently, dynamically and humanely.

This morning, October 31, 2023, the Opening Ceremony of the 358th AUN-QA Programme Assessment was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

On October 29-30, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held the 2023 Training Conference with the participation of the Board of Directors, leaders of faculties/institutes/centers and functional departments.

On October 28, 2023, the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language and the Faculty of Linguistics, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU (VNU - USSH) organized an exhibition with the theme "55 years of the Journey of spreading Vietnamese language and culture to the world".

This morning, October 28, 2023, the 2023 Vietnamese Speech Contest for Foreign Students in Vietnam - Preliminary round of the Northern region was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

On October 27, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU - USSH) had a meeting with the leaders of the Honghe Academy of China to further strengthen the cooperative relationship between the two sides, and co-organize the 5th Red River Basin University Presidents' Forum in China.
