On November 3, 2023, the Institute of Policy and Management under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking a milestone in its development and significant contributions to policy and management research in Vietnam.

On October 28, 2023, the preliminary round of the 2023 Vietnamese Public Speaking Contest for Overseas Students in the Northern region concluded successfully! The Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and 12 consolation prizes to the participating teams.

The Youth Union and Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the Student Event Organizing Club (SEG), is hosting the "USSH GRALENT 2023 Humanities Talent and Beauty Contest" with the aim of finding and honoring promising individuals who possess both talent and beauty to represent the university's youth on major forums, inspiring students to live beautifully, confidently, dynamically, and humanely.

This morning, October 31, 2023, the Opening Ceremony of the 358th AUN-QA Program Assessment was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

On October 29-30, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held its 2023 Training Conference with the participation of the Board of Directors, leaders of faculties/institutes/centers and functional departments.

On October 28, 2023, the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language, together with the Faculty of Linguistics, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU - USSH), organized an exhibition with the theme "55 Years of Spreading the Vietnamese Language and Culture to the World".

This morning, October 28, 2023, the 2023 Vietnamese Public Speaking Contest for International Students in Vietnam - Northern Region Preliminary Round was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

On October 27, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU - USSH) held a meeting with leaders of the Honghe Academy in China to further strengthen cooperation between the two sides and jointly organize the 5th Forum of Presidents of Universities in the Red River Basin in China.

On November 3, 2023, the Institute for Policy and Management celebrated its 10th anniversary and 20 years of cooperation with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, Federal Republic of Germany. This event marked the Institute's significant development and notable contributions to policy and management research in Vietnam, and provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of collaborative projects with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Southeast Asia – Hanoi Representative Office – focusing on research in policy, science and education, socio-ecological transformation, and sustainable development.

This morning, October 24, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), in collaboration with the KF-Samsung Scholarship Foundation (Korea), held a scholarship awarding ceremony for outstanding students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

On October 20th, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held a meeting and working session with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Deputy Director of VNU, Hanoi - regarding the establishment of a strong research group and training in Philosophy.

Based on the cooperation agreement between AEON Group and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University requests the Heads of Faculties/Institutes to inform students about the AEON 1% Club scholarship program for the 2023-2024 academic year, worth 300 USD per student per academic year, according to the following details:

On October 14-15, 2023, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, successfully organized the 2023 Party Awareness Training Course, with the participation of nearly 240 trainees, including outstanding youth union members and active citizens from 22 Party branches under the university's Party Committee.
