Manulife donated 8,500 face masks, 1,500 bottles of hand sanitizer, and healthcare software to the school to support teachers and students in preventing and controlling the Covid-19 pandemic.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Ba Thi Nguyet Thu shared: as a former student of the university, she was very happy to return here to meet the teachers and students; to share information and solutions together with the community to prevent the Coronavirus, protect the health and safety of the community.
In response, Professor Nguyen Van Kim expressed his admiration for the values and community activities that Manulife is pursuing. Manulife and Ussh share common values that can be collaborated on, shared, and spread: kindness, humanity, and community-oriented activities. He thanked the company for its kind gesture and stated that this gift would help students and faculty members of the university minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, working together for a safe and prosperous Vietnam, as envisioned by the Government and the State.
