Vice Principal Hoang Anh Tuan and leaders of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language discussed epidemic prevention work at VSL campus.
Dr. Le Thi Thanh Tam - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language said: Since the information about the Covid-19 epidemic, the faculty's leadership has urgently coordinated with the University and local authorities to strictly control the situation of international students at the faculty, especially students from the Northeast Asia region. The faculty has worked with a spirit of caution, closely and updated daily and hourly information about the epidemic situation in the world; policies of VNU and the University; actual developments at the faculty. All decisions of the faculty closely follow the policies of the University and consider ensuring the safety of lecturers and students.
The Faculty of Vietnamese and Vietnamese Language has made specific preparations such as: announcing the requirement for medical examination and reporting the travel schedule for all international students at the faculty; urgently equipping hand washing and disinfecting areas right at the entrance of the faculty; preparing bottles of hand sanitizer in the office and each lecture hall; spraying disinfectant according to the school's schedule...
"Up to this point, I feel that the coordination between the faculty and the functional departments of the School is very effective in supporting, controlling the situation, discussing and making decisions related to the general study of students during this epidemic season. We regularly keep in touch "on every kilometer" in the group chat between related members to discuss work. I think that the teachers and the School have done their best for the highest safety for the students."
This afternoon, disinfection spraying will be carried out on campus and classrooms at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
